About Us

Phil Foell, besides being an ordained minister, has a BS in Management and Computer Science from Case Western Reserve University. He worked for 15 years for an international company where he was exposed to strategic planning and many leadership programs including "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen Covey. Phil's responsibilities there included software programming, personnel management, project management, team integration and he led several process-improvement initiatives for his department. Phil worked for 5 years at Christian Community Church where he had a broad field of experience: he has been an usher, bookkeeper, greeter, missions coordinator, small group leader, section leader, speaker, teacher, team building facilitator and elder. As a result, he comes with a vocational background rich with administrative, vision casting, managerial, statistical, computer, personnel, and detail-oriented skills. This comes meshed with a passionate commitment to Jesus Christ and the desire to build the church through worship, fellowship, discipleship, service and outreach to the neighborhood and to the world.
